Kitsune are an odd type of spirit, while sometimes they act much as Local Guardian Spirits, they are also known as tricksters. They are well known for their shape-changing abilities as well, one never knows quite what they look like. They also have ranks measured by the number of tails. The more tails they have, the more status and power they have.
